• Must be on a fixed term car loan, with only the vehicle as security
• Must be on a comparable product. ie; structure, term, type
• No additional guarantors involved in transaction, ie; third party guarantor
• Only vehicle can being offered for security
• Offer must be presented to dealership prior to deivery
• Must presesnt advertised terms and condition from competitor in writing, valid within the same month of delivery
• Must have approval stating the information, quote only is not sufficient
